Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came to this nail salon and will never come back. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory towards customers. I witnessed multiple staff discriminate a customer who was there getting a pedicure. The customer was humiliated because she had Parkinson’s (a brain disorder that leads to uncontrolled shaking and stiffness) multiple nail technicians stopped working on her, telling her “I am not going to work on you because you shake too much and do not stop shaking” the lady was trying to explain her condition apologizing and was humiliated left sitting there soaking her feet for multiple hours. I even witnessed the manager (who would not give me her name when I asked for it) tell her that she would work on her shortly but left her soaking her feet for more the two hours. At one point the customer began sobbing. I felt terrible for witnessing this and not speaking up. I should have left and feel terrible for not leaving. In addition I witnessed the staff work on multiple customer and not wash their hands when moving from one customer to the other. I am appalled and will never be back to this place. I came to this nail salon and will never come back. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory towards customers. I witnessed multiple staff discriminate a customer who was there getting a pedicure.
