Worst experience I have ever had! Would not recommend going here unless you want to walk away with your nails and finger mangled. Me and my sister went in for a full set both of us were cut several times to the point where our fingers were bleeding and then they put glue over the cut for it to stop bleeding. It took them an hour to shape our nails which still have lumps and bumps all over them I eventually just told the lady to stop and just paint them because I was in so much pain. The nails look completely awful bubbles every where. Definitely will never go back.

I made an appointment and I assume I talked to the owner since she was the only one answering the phone when I was there. It states the open at 9 and my appointment was at 9:15, they were not open at 9 and the owner didn’t open until about 9:20. Then she complained the whole time and was rude to me about my tattoos. The lady that did my pedicure was good but 10/10 will not be back and would not recommend.

Tracy is awesome with my nails. I am pretty simple and I like my lengths perfectly even, no polish missing on the sides, you know the small things that bother you? She is more than happy to oblige to my every nitpick! Prices are fair, and she’s just an all around sweetheart! My nails always look great. Tracy gets 5 stars, however I am only giving 4 to the salon.

I am from out of state on a road trip and I stopped by hoping they could repair my nail (emergency break). I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If she would have said oh we don’t have a color that matches, I would have just said thanks and went on my way. This lady didn’t speak to me, she just pointed to the chair. I sat down explaining the situation and she just yelled at me about brining the cart in her nail salon (it’s inside Walmart). There were two people other than me in there. She spoke to me in a condescending tone that it was blocking the entrance and she took it upon herself to pull my cart away from me as I was holding it and push it outside saying “get this out of here lady.” I asked if she had the same color or a similar color I didn’t need them to match just not look so jacked up. She lectured me like I was a 12 year old and told me I don’t understand how nail salons work and that they don’t all have the same colors. I’ve gotten my nails done every 2-3 weeks for the last 4 years. At different places. I know how it works and I was just asking if they could help me. I didn’t deserve to be spoken to like this. She spoke great English this wasn’t a cultural difference. She was just rude to me. Idk what I expected because it is in a Walmart. 0 out of 5 stars.

The woman who did my nails did a really nice job and was friendly, but the overall experience wasn’t great. Despite having an appointment I had to wait about 30 minutes to be helped. The dip powder color options were disorganized and the colors were limited.
