I and my sister just left this nail place and my sister received a call from the lady that attended to her that she should not come again because she has the right to refuse service. She stated my sister was kind of complaining. This is concerning because people have to right to let you know if one is satisfied with the service or not. I also wondered why she did not tell my sister right there but had to wait to call. I have noticed when we got there that she was frowning and not smiling at all. She was extremely rude. However, i am satisfied with the older lady who helped with mine. I just wished i knew this particular rude lady’s name.

Beware! This is a family owned business. And trust me when I say this business will not last due to lack of staffing, second, due to poor customer service. If you call to cancel, you can no longer get seen for your nails. Sought of a retaliation from the owner. There is only one person in this shop who can do full set nails. I called to reschedule my appt and was informed by the owner that she can no longer accommodate me. This would have been my second time visiting this place. Walmart regal nail has a bad reputation for bad customer service. There are so many other nail shops around. Don’t waste your money here.

I called there For pricing on a on a full set of nails the person on the phone was not frendly , she told me to hold on while she sees if the had room for me i was on hold so long i hung up. The lady called back i told her i was wanting a fill for two people she than said you didnt tell me that . she told me to hold on once again and than hung up on me.very rude i wouldnt ever go there or recomend anyone there

Have tried going on four different occasions with my gift certificate. They say walk-ins are welcome, absolutely not true! My daughter and I waited for over an hour once because we did not have an appointment, while we were waiting three other people who did not have appointments were brought back immediately. At that point we left . Gave them back the gift certificate & didn’t even get a refund. I’ll never go there again. Don’t waste your time.

So I have been going to this specific regal nails for 7 years. For the most part the staff is friendly and Sonny is awesome. 99% of the time they do a great job. But God forbid they make a mistake you ask them to fix. The women become rude. They will mistreat you and they become demeaning. Sonny on the other hand will take care of it no problem. Twice in 7 years I have had an issue. The first time I thought the behavior exhibited was just a fluke. After it happened the second time by another staff member I have decided to find another place to get my nails done. I have since found Beyond Nails across the street where Ross is. The staff is friendly and they are all about customer service. Especially when a mistake is made.

This definitely somewhere that you want to make an appointment for. I tried to make an appointment, but no one answered the phone. The spa massage chair wasn’t working properly, the whole thing felt a little rushed because they accepted me as a walk-in client. I wanted a Mani/Pedi (basic) and they could only do one or the other. This is a rare treat for me, so I hope next time to schedule a long enough appointment in advance to enjoy it. The tech was great though. Very polite and did a good job. I just moved to NV and I’m surprised the prices are higher than Northern CA.

My nails are awfully uneven, my nails are all really crooked it looks retched. and the art looks like a 5 year old did it and it took her 3 HOURS. I booked the appt 3 hours before work because it never takes that long and I ended up being late to work. The lady was super nice though as well as when I called to book an appt with my normal lady they hung up when I asked for her. I go here all the time but this time just basically ruined it for me.
