I just called to schedule an appointment and the lady told me that they don’t do long nails and turned me away. You’re a nail salon, you should be able to do whatever the request is . I didn’t even want them long I just didn’t want them super short

I needed to take a breather, and what better way than with a gorgeous set of falsies, a fabulous pedicure, a wonderful massage chair, and pleasant conversation while people-watching and being spoiled? I spent a blissful time getting spoiled rotten, and I’m thrilled with my nails. I made an appointment, and then relaxed. I was cordially invited to return anytime, and I’ll definitely be back. I love my snowflakes!! ❄ They’re so pretty!!!

For $40 I would expect a gel polish or one toe design or at least an exfoliation. Nope. None of that was included. Don’t go here.

Came to nevada to visit my older kids and grandbabies, needed to get my nails done. 2 cancelations of other people, got me right in. Great service, great job on my nails, little more expensive than out in California, but worth it.

The nail technician is very rude and very unwelcoming. I made an appointment for the weekend because I work doing the week. Now mind you I had been going here for almost 2 years. I walked in on Saturday at my appointment time and the nail technician said ” You come today, you suppose to come yesterday.” I said ” I made my appointment for today. ( Saturday) I never come during the week because I work. Nail technician looked at me and said ” Sorry ” and continued to work on the customer in the chair. Nothing more was said as she just ignored me so I walked out and will never be back again. I will travel an hour to Reno to get my nails done as I do to get the service I want . Small town mentality that the customer will come back because they feel that they are all we got in the small town of Fallon, NV instead of treating the customer right.

i have tried to like them i really wanted to! i have come for a year for nails and toes. each time the price creeps up a bit, and if you ask too many times about the prices they seem annoyed they also speak in another language that seems to be a rude under tone depending on what they messed up.. they dont listen to your requests very easily and will not fix or correct without more pay.. i also noticed some things that may or may not be a big deal to some but i have had to ask for my pedi tub to be cleaned and the tools to be changed.. i also noticed if your not careful about the polish they will automatically give you gel polish and then up charge you its also a up charge t remove gel polish. id say out of the year going every month, i have been cut or burned by the equipment used.. i was scraped with a cheese grater like object and realized after it was too late i was bleeding the guy next to me got the same foot treatment with my wand… i feel its unsanitary, i also have a cut on my toy so badly i have a hard time walking on it at the moment.. my toe polish has already come off and its only day 3. my two nails are lifting and they cant fix it for free. i also have short nubs for the thumb nails and none of the sizes match. this was my last visit i am bummed because i did like the idea that the nail spa was open and didn’t stink and was close by to where i shop and live

Not a very clean salon the women and men are nice and they’re sometimes grumpy and rude because they’re very busy or haven’t eaten or they make appointments for people in over book and then you’re waiting over 45 minutes or a half an hour or so for your appointment I also don’t like the fact that it’s expensive for gel nail polish and it falls off within a week just like regular nail polish other than that pretty good place

charged $10 extra on top of a $15 manicure just to wipe off gel polish with acetone. i could have walked over to cosmetics and purchased a $1 bottle of acetone and wiped it off myself. also put the USED acetone back in their stock bottle. super disgusting and RUDE RUDE RUDE.
