I am not satisfied. My daughter’s nails came out beautiful but mine did not. I even asked if my fourth toe nail can be rounded since it was clearly cut at an angle. I was told it looked that was because my nails are short. They were not that short when I arrived and I hadn’t anyone work on my feet since I came here for the first time about six weeks ago. I did not receive a refund for this terrible experience.

Worst pedicure ever. The guy didn’t even talk back to me when I talked to him. Wouldn’t even make eye contact. The massage chair didn’t move forward so I had to sit with a pillow. I couldn’t even feel the massage chair. Lastly, the French tip came out horrible. It looks like I did it myself. And it smeared after I left.. worst part is I paid the same amount $30 for the pedi which is the same at most of the nicer salons around saint Rose pkway..and he barely massaged or scrubbed my feet. Which was the whole reason I wanted a pedi in the first place.. very unsatisfied.

Charlie is amazing!! I will only go to him from now on! Thanks Charlie for giving me faith that I could get my nails done by a pro! Tried shops around here and they were terrible. I love the sculpted flowers!

When someone goes in for a soak off of their set, they should not PULL the set off. I’m a cosmetologist, I can do nails but my thumb is sprained and I could not soak off my set without being in pain. Not only was the lady not gentle with the ONLY THING I asked her to beyond soaking off my professional grade set (my injured thumb that I took out of the brace I had it in, in front of her) but she pulled the nails off! And not even with a cuticle pusher or orange stick, with her nails, first off, ow. Second, don’t damage your clients nails like that. She used the electric file (drill) to file down my nails after she’d already ripped the false nail from my nail bed causing my already thin nails to be too thin. And the only bits that should be used on the natural nail are not metal, the metal ones just cause more damage, not to mention that her bits were FILTHY. Gross. If they can’t even do a soak off properly, I wonder what they’re doing so wrong in other services…

I have been going to this salon for 10 years! First off I caught a terrible foot fungus from here which has caused me to lose my toenail! Second, I paid $80 for a mani +pedicure (tip included) I was at the salon for 2.5 hours. Once I left my fingernail smudged. I called and asked if she would fix it. She said yes. When I got there she said it was not her problem and refused to take off the polish on 2 nails and repaint it. This is the “manager”. Worst customer service ever.

I have only ever gotten 2 manicures in the past. A few weeks ago I got my first gel manicure. I came here to have them take the gel off and put regular polish on. The lady misunderstood me and put on gel and tried to charge me 27 dollars. My wedding is in a few weeks and I couldn’t have gel polish on cause it would grow out before the wedding. They then charged me 22 dollars because it was the price of a regular manicure and 7 dollars for taking off the gel. 7 dollars to take off polish is absurd. Anyways it was an honest mistake caused by a language barrier but I walked out feeling like I just spent 22 dollars for something I didn’t want and now I would have to spend money again to have my nails be okay for my wedding. I complained to my mom who called them and then I went back and they took off the gel and did a normal polish without charging for that but I still paid 22 dollars to sit there for over an hour total. And because they used the drill to take off gel polish twice today my nails are so thin that they hurt. Even without touching anything they’re in pain and when I do touch something I have to be careful they don’t break. I wish I had never walked in here. In all honesty they did the best they could to fix an honest mistake but I left there having paid 22 dollars, wasted an hour, and I was in pain.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this nail shop yesterday and had the worst expierience EVER ! Thank God I’m olderr ad wiser. Otherwise, things could have turned out much worst . Nevertheless, some weirdo lady in the shop, walked up to me screaming and yelling “YOU NED TO PECK AH COLUR, YOU NED TO PECK AH COLUR, YOU NED TO PECK A COLUR in a very unecesary voicefourous, disrespectful, and very demeaning manner. Morover, the technician I asked never came back to finish the job. And all I could see was this MONSTER yelling & standing over me as if she was going to attack me. How was I suppose to pick a color? When the technician never came back. But instead I get this EVIL lady voicerfously yelling over me…” YOU NED TO PECK AH COLUR ; YOU NED TO PEK A CULAR, WERE NOT GOING TO DO YOUR NAILS AND JUST YOUR FEET , PECK AH COLOR ! PEK AH CULAR!” When I simply only asked “If I could pick another color, and mind you the technician had only poliished one toe nail… I even let her skip the massaging my leg part. After feeling humiliated, or not knowing if my life was in danger. I decided it would be best to just leave. Despite the ill treatment. I still offered to pay for a partial pedicure. However, this “MONSTER” said I had to pay for the whole thing. I told her I would only pay $15 or $20 since the job wasn’t completed. Why would I pay $25 when the job wasn’t completed, not to mention the disrespect and her making me feel like my life may be in danger. This EVIL lady grabbed me two times demnding I pay for a job that was not completed. In Conclusion, How can a huge corporation like Walmart allow their tenants to discriminate, disrespect, demean, and assault thier customers without no recourse taken. I’m not the one to call the race card. However, I’m 150% sure her actions and intentions were completely discriminatory!!! I wish her the BEST OF LUCK & pray she don’t cause Walmart a huge LAWSUIT!!! I got white toes for my pedicure and the white I chose was pretty but. gave a nice massage, however it feels like they use a literal needle to get the dirt from underneath the nail. when they clean up the paint around the nail they put alot of pressure. other then that they are great service and would come back

I arrived at the location and they informed me that it was first came first serve . There were 2 people in front of me and 2 others arrived after me. I stood up waiting my turn after thirty minutes of waiting the other two people who arrived after me were attended to in front of me. When I confronted her, the person in charge of the place said I was on the phone so she passed the other people in front of me. I thought it was very unpleasant, and unprofessional, I was very upset. They never asked or communicate. Other than that the nails were okay
