This place is absolutely filthy! The tables are dirty, the nail technician’s smocks are badly stained and appear unlaundered. I doubt seriously if their instruments are sterilized. I’ve never seen them open up a sterile package prior to working on my nails. I’ve had two toenails just fall off for no reason. They do a beautiful job on nails, but seriously….it’s disgusting in there!

I went to Regal Nails to have my nails painted (white tips and top coat). I could tell the product being used was old and had been diluted down. There was debris/fluff in the polish and top coat that the tech had to keep pulling off the brush. She applied 2-3 coats of each and when I left my nails looked ok. A few hours later cracks appeared in the top coat and next morning the white tips were chipping off and top coat flaking everywhere. This does not happen with quality product. I attempted to call several times but phone connection was awful. I went in to ask for refund, showed photos which had date/time and obviously was not given one, hence this review. The product is old, instruments are not packaged or sterilized, and expecting that polish should stay put for more than 12 hours should not be a concern when you go to a “Nail Salon”.

Not 2 nails are the same length and shape and the tops are bumpy and uneven and I just cringe to look at my nails. I found my experience to be horrible. To begin with the place is no where to clean. Secondly the lady who did my nails left them so thick and no where near the shape I wanted. The nail polish was awful too, it left ridges. When I asked if they could fix it, she filed it down, but super harsh. You can’t respond negatively to someone who is PAYING you to do their nails if you can’t do it right. Super time consuming, I don’t recommend this place at all.

They were super busy being the weekend before Christmas but there was only a 30 minute wait for two pedicures. Put our names on the list and shopped around Walmart. They were great and very meticulous about the polish. The leg and foot massages were amazing! I will definitely be back.

I went to Regal Nails for a simple manicure. Just acrylic nails with a white tip and simple clear polish. My nails looked great when they were done, but my manicurist wasn’t very friendly, and she was a little rough on my hands. Only hours after I left the salon, I was in agony! My nails hurt SO badly. I couldn’t even button up pants or hold a cup because my fingertips were so sore. I have never had this happen, and I’ve had my nails done a hundred times. I will never go back.

My grandma has been coming here for maybe 6 years and i was like hey you seem to really like going there! So u decided to go and the first thing i noticed was HOW DISGUSTING it was. But we can forgive and forget right?! So i left it be and when i was getting my toes done behind the chairs were absurd there was McDonalds french fries and a little mildew?! After i was done with my toes i did my nails and i got acylics. The lady who did them was very harsh and every time i told her she basically ignored it! So it was gross and the customer service was rude?! It has not been even a week and my nails are already falling off completely in a whole!
