me and my mom walked in and told them we had an appointment for 11:30. It was 11:00 so we understood we couldn’t yet because they were doing people’s nails but we asked if we could get in after them and they immediately said no you have to wait till 11:30 even though they had no customers in line. Plain out rude, with the worst attitude. Will never be back. customer service straight awful. If you want customers i’d suggest you treat them a little nicer.

I made an appointment with Hannah, went for my appointment and was told I had to wait 25 mins. Why should I have to wait when I have an appointment. If they wouldn’t take walk ins that would help. I make an appointment for a reason. It fits around my schedule, so when I have to wait it messes up my day. This isn’t the first time I have had to wait. It seems like everytime I go in. I won’t be going back. Also, they like for you to use cash and not a card. Used to be good when May was there.

I’ve been to a few of these in different locations and this one is probably the nicest one I’ve been to. Has a lot of seats and a lot of employees. They seem to do a really good job.
