Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityOkay, my experience was the absolute worst! All I wanted was some gel nails. Not a very hard request at all. I didn’t ask for fancy designs or anything. Just some prettily painted nails for Christmas. First, my nail tech was very rushed. She barely gave me time to choose my color. She literally threw samples at me. She seemed frustrated and distracted the whole time. She was watching a show on her phone and took calls while doing my nails. So, it shouldn’t come as a shock that my nails turned out bubbly, there was paint on my skin, and not nearly enough coats were applied to my nails. You can see through to my nail. My 2 year old niece could do a better job.On top of all of this, the place is so dirty, I’m worried I’m gonna get an infection.Honestly, I want a refund.I wouldn’t recommend this salon to ANYONE!Service: Gel manicuresOkay, my experience was the absolute worst! Okay, my experience was the absolute worst! All I wanted was some gel nails. Not a very hard request at all. I didn’t ask for fancy designs or anything. Just some prettily painted nails for Christmas. First, my nail tech was very rushed. She barely gave me time to choose my color. She literally threw samples at me. She seemed frustrated and distracted the whole time. She was watching a show on her phone and took calls while doing my nails. First we were on time and we wait close to 20 minutes then when the girl asked me what I want I Asked for a French tip on my nails the tip was really thick so my nails look really bad. They sat me in a pedicure chair that had not been cleaned from the last client full of dirty water and asked me to put my feet on a clearly dirty sopping wet towel. I asked if the towel was clean and if I could get a clean one and they acted like they don’t replace towels? They had to look for about 3 minutes just to find a new towel and then talked amongst each other about me undoubtedly. They started a walk in’s full set before me after I had been waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time. They finally started and were super rough, made 3 of my toes bleed, onto the towel which they probably won’t change. The actual job was alright but overpriced at 40$ for a pedicure for the uncleanliness and overall experience.Super long wait even when I had an appointment.
