When my guy Derek was there it was great. I was a loyal customer for 6 years. Now that he is gone, it’s terrible! Poor at best pedicure, and the quality of my nails has gone way down. I won’t go back! Looking for more quality. I am willing to pay for quality. This place isn’t it anymore! Bob! Stop bad mouthing Derek! He is waaaaay better than you!

They are the best place in Pueblo to get your nails done. Every staff member is sweet,professional, and gentle. I’ve been going to them for 2 years now, they’re like family to me. I recently became paralyzed, and Derek was so gentle with me and my condition, I was touched. He handled my faint spell like a pro, and my nails were perfection. I have never had a bad set of nails here, ever. These are 3 weeks out and still impeccable!!!

This is the absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I had to went in with the intention to receive a full set of nails but only was able to soak off my last set due to a time crunch for how long the lady that assisted me took to take them off. Throughout the process she burned each of my nails to which I kept flinching. Instead of cutting them and filing them, this is how she left them before I left. I was charged $10 and Ofcourse did not have the intention of leaving a tip (LOL look at my nails why would I tip!?) It was a painful process and when I had went to pay with my card the lady herself wrote in a $5 tip for herself. Very disrespectful. I highly DO NOT recommend.

So I am very picky with my nails, because of the type of career that I have Nicki, Derek, and Bob are absolutely amazing with doing my nails! They are quick, precise, and always do exactly what I ask for the first time! The nails and nail polish stay on for weeks so I don’t have to go in for a rebase on a consistent basis which saves me time, money, and the friendly environment is added bonus!! 5 stars for Regal nails across the board
