I called asking if they had any appointments. The lady said yes but it was a 30 minute wait. We get there and we’re told it would have to be tomorrow because she gave awayour spot. I confronted her and she straight up lied about the appointment and called my daughter and I liars. We happily gave our business to the salon across the parking lot.

My little girl turned 8 on June 28th & decided she wanted her 1st “real” manicure So we visited this place. It was an AWESOME 1st experience for her. I didn’t know if they would see us without an appointment but we just decided to check the place out regardless. When we got there we were immediately greeted in a friendly way. I told them why we had come in and she told us to go & pick a Polish from a wall with a nice variety of colors on it, for my daughter and even though they were relatively busy, not even 2 min later we were seated at a station and the manicure started. The manicurist doing my daughter’s nails was very polite and she was very gentle. She did a great job the whole process from walking in the door to when we left was about 30-45 min tops!!. Best part was, it only cost me $12! The shop was clean, people were friendly, price was reasonable, there was barely a wait time and my daughter has a wonderful memory to look back on which was all I wanted! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for all your manicure needs. I can’t comment on acrylic, or gel nails or other services but I was happy with this one.

Quality is for last 4 services HORRIBLE. my cuticles were all sliced and bleeding. Twice now I’ve brought in my 7 yr old and was charged full price for a 10 min manicure. She was irritated again when she went to put the top coat on and the polish hadn’t cured and smeared… totally my fault . I have been going here for nearly a year and have had no problems at all but unfortunately they have gone cheap in thier nail polish. I had to go back because of peeling nail polish gikt it corrected to again after a week the polish is peeling. Such a shame

I come here every two weeks to get my nails filled. Jessica does an amazing job, exactly how I want my nails. I’m very rough on my nails and even so, they are long lasting with the work she does. They are not thick and look quite natural. I’m very pleased with her work.

Great job and got me in right before they closed and stayed until I was finished without hurrying. I left a “Best of the Springs” nominee to go to Regal Nails because the other salon was not up to date on current trends and didn’t seem to be in a hurry to be current. Regal Nails is current on the latest trends and if not will be by your next visit if you just show them a picture. I was going there regularly in the past and started going to the other salon out of convenience because they also do my lashes and brows. But I’ll go out of my way to continue to use Regal Nails again. And the other salon doesn’t seem to even notice that a 2 year customer is no longer getting their nails done anymore. Makes you wonder who really is “Best Of”.
