Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first time going to this salon. I had an awesome experience! Everything was clean and sterile looking. They were in the process of changing out booths and equipment, but they still made sure it was clean. The gentleman did my toe nails, and he did awesome. He took care not to make me bleed while cleaning up my wacky toes (from “surgery”). Painted well and so many color options. Price was totally worth what I got IMO. This was my first time going to this salon. I had an awesome experience! Everything was clean and sterile looking. They were in the process of changing out booths and equipment, but they still made sure it was clean. The gentleman did my toe nails, and he did awesome. He took care not to make me bleed while cleaning up my wacky toes (from “surgery”). Painted well and so many color options. Price was totally worth what I got IMO. I went ahead with gel polish on my toes (never done before) as the price was well within means!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would give a zero star if optional. The older lady I had was awful. She was abrupt, borderline rude and her quality of work is terrible. Peeling after few hours, clumps of polish accumulated on the edges and sides and wasn’t cleaned properly, leaving a lumpy finish. She over filed my natural nail, missed parts with the clear nail polish (she couldn’t see well?) And no shape whatsoever.It’s hard to ask someone to readjust their attitude and get good results. I’ve been to lots of nail places over the years, this by far is the worst, all round.Services: Manicure, PedicureI would give a zero star if optional. The older lady I had was awful. I would give a zero star if optional. The older lady I had was awful. She was abrupt, borderline rude and her quality of work is terrible. Peeling after few hours, clumps of polish accumulated on the edges and sides and wasn’t cleaned properly, leaving a lumpy finish. I came in to get a full set and as the lady put it on everything was going okay and then she put the gel on and i asked for coffin shaped, it was the thickest i had ever seen. I asked the guy to fix it and he did but now it’s been maybe a day and the gel polish is completely peeling off and looks absolutely horrible. I came in to get a full set and as the lady put it on everything was going okay and then she put the gel on and i asked for coffin shaped, it was the thickest i had ever seen. I asked the guy to fix it and he did but now it’s been maybe a day and the gel polish is completely peeling off and looks absolutely horrible. Do not go here!

She was in a hurry from the time I sat in the chair she was rushing. She cut down the nails and redid the fill. I noticed that my nail shapes were not squared. She then began painting while painting she told another customer she would be ready in 10 minutes. I seen the horrific paint job. It was lumpy and and you could see through some spots. I made her redo the paint. We went for a French tip. The French tip was bad. Its lumpy as well and the nails are all gritty and coarse.I had been coming here for a while. She was in a hurry from the time I sat in the chair she was rushing. She cut down the nails and redid the fill. I noticed that my nail shapes were not squared.
