There is no waiting area. They are always crowded, probably the because they are located next to a HEB. After 3 tries I FINALLY was able to get a gel mani. My nail tech was not friendly or engaging at all! As a matter of fact, while she was doing my nails, she would frequently look off into space, not focused. My nail job shows evidence this. It took over two hours for service, and my gel mani looks awful after 7 short days. Their products are trash, and the service is less than desirable. Find somewhere else.

They were nice but I did NOT appreciate the additional costs they add on without approval. I wanted 5 colors (one for each nail) and they added extra $5 because the max is 3 (?!) Also my nail was broken and they fixed it and added a bit of acrylic on it and charged me 5$ (for ONE nail) They never mentioned this until check out. I came in for literally just shellac and they ended up charging 45$… Scam, go somewhere else.
