Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook my daughter in for a new set in the evening. Was really worried it be too late to have the set done , but was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome and was told they could do the set with no problem. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very kind and very accommodating. Prices are good and quality is really good also. She took her time and did the set beautifully for my daughter. Took my daughter in for a new set in the evening. Was really worried it be too late to have the set done , but was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome and was told they could do the set with no problem. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Love the shellac paint… lasts forever. I have had the same color without a single chip for 3 weeks on my toes. Amazing customer service… AMAZING. you cannot go wrong with any of the salon techs. if i could give this 0 stars i would the main nail tech lauren is always very rude & obnoxious. it’s been several times where i’ve gone mad an appointment & she has refused service claiming it’s “closed” even though i am on the waiting list i’ve given this salon many chances but the service has not gotten better. pricing is also not great they will charger you for any change in sizing, shape or color. definitely wouldn’t recommend.
