They were extremely unprofessional in every situation, and unwilling to accommodate me when I called and explained my nail came off, 5 days after I had them done.Even before this, I was unsatisfied with my experience. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI showed them a specific picture and asked if they could do it, and they said yes. I believe her name was Mary, and she could not do it. She gave me glittery red nails that look brown. It’s was supposed to be a burgundy ombre and an blood drip accent nail. That nail is black because I got tired of waiting for her to look for the colors. She stopped my manicure for 5 minutes to look for a what she needed. I showed them a specific picture and asked if they could do it, and they said yes. I believe her name was Mary, and she could not do it. She gave me glittery red nails that look brown. I bought it to her attention and she told me to be quiet and pointed at the man that was doing my daughter Pedicure cause he had got mad at her. I took my Teenagers and myself for Pedicures earlier tonight, the lady that did my Pedicure was hurting me. I bought it to her attention and she told me to be quiet and pointed at the man that was doing my daughter Pedicure cause he had got mad at her. The man and older lady were excellent, the man had left for the night.But the lady doing my Pedicure was very rude unprofessional… I will never go back
