I was so upset but I needed my nails to be done for a future trip, if you are blk, they will make you wait and pander to white people. I hate that I gave them my money with a 20$ dollar tip.. to show them.. not only white people can tip well… I won’t ever go back.Also the prices are made up, and they just throw random numbers out there. Paid $40.00 just to get a layer of protection for my nails (acrylic) nothing else.. This was my second time there. The first I had tips put on and was very please with the results. This I was extremely disappointed. I went in for a removal and a manicure. The manicure was terrible. My nails are cut uneven, she did not file them to smooth out the edges. Her polish job was terrible. She did not even polish all of the nails on a couple of them and she got polish on my skin and did not remove it. She had me pay before she polished them, so that i would not mess them up. Felt extremely like a rush job.

I have been coming here for YEARS and I always get reliable service especially for the good price. Well last month I came here and got a pretty good pedicure from a really nice woman. The only problem was that I could tell she had pulled the nail too far on the big toe, because it hurt quite a bit. Otherwise I left happy and tipped well. Well sure enough, within days my toe swelled up to the size of a golf ball and a week or two later I had to go to the Dr and get antibiotics for an infection that was directly caused by the pedicure. Now, I get regular pedicures, so I’m not surprised that this happened, it was a pretty simple mistake. However, it ended up being a very big issue and caused me a great deal of pain for a month, not to mention the fact that I went in for a BEAUTY treatment and left with an eyesore. Well, when I went in just now to ask the salon to re-pedicure my feet and right their wrong- (the toenail is STILL visibly damaged btw) the manager Helen was wholly unhelpful and tried to put all the blame on me. She first thought I wanted her to treat an ingrown toenail but when I explained that I had been to the Dr and knew that they wouldn’t treat it, she said I should have come in there first…. Contradictory don’t you think? Anyway, I will be complaining to the better business bureau and whoever else will listen to me, but anyone who is thinking of going here should go over to VN NAILS INSTEAD!!! The price is the same and it’s practically next door. Plus they give you drinks and you don’t have to go into Walmart!

Great deluxe pedicures. Prices are posted no surprises. Good at foot massages and they do a quality job on paint and designs. Very nice people. Clean, bright, organized salon. Only issue is shop is to small, very crowded, not enough seats, especially to dry.

I had a 430 appointment for this afternoon to get a full set. In the middle of doing my nails, Lan Thi Nguyen had to stop and fix somebody elses nails that had already gotten her nails done. I had to wait 5 minutes for her to fix the other womans nails while they were laughing. This was MY appointment not hers. Someone else could have fixed her nails! 🙁 I will not be back! Plus the person I had an appiontment with was not even there! I could not wait to get out of there!

Went on a Saturday and it was ok. I asked for a mani and shilac, the lady started up the water for a pedicure. I guess she miss understood. One lady did my mani and another did the shilac. I was confused and seemed very unorganized. The lady did my shilac so quick, but did an ok job. Until I woke up the morning and already had one nail with the shilac chipping off. Never going there again. Wasn’t worth $35.
