Mostly friendly employees and owners. There have been a few issues here and there though. For one, my son received a pedicure here and his skin has been peeling ever since. Second, I came for a mani/pedi one day and waited about 20 minutes to get started (with no other customers in there) because the employee had to go to the bathroom and the other employee just walked around sweeping the floor. The last time I went there the employee was abrupt which could be interpreted as rude. She asked if I wanted a shellac manicure instead of a regular manicure and I said no because it makes my nails thin, and she said it doesn’t make your nails thin. She also told me the polish I selected wouldn’t look good on short nails so she wanted to use a silver base coat, which I declined. She was cutting my cuticles and cut one until it bled, blotted my blood with the towel on the table and kept going. When my finger kept bleeding she finally put something on it to stop it. I do not recommend this shop and do not plan on returning.

They can NOT do even eye brows and the lady got extremely upset and defensive when I pointed it out. So much so she was angry to have to fix it that I decided not to allow her to because I felt she was going to make them worse on purpose by how upset she was. I already paid and tipped her … I shouldn’t have but there was no reason for her behavior just because I said they are uneven.

Omg!!! I am so incredibly loving this nail salon! I am not one to say that easily. My daughter and i were looking for a less expensive place for refills on nails forvthe NEW Year. We had a certain budget and we had to stick to it. I spoke with Chanda and she was so amazing, she agreed to to give us the price we needed. Its the nail salon inside of Wal-Mart, so we were not sure what to think. Well, nothing but a straight positive review. My nails look amazing, the lady that did my nails was in the front (i did not get her name), my daughter had Paul do her nails and she informed that Paul will be her new nail tech.from here on. So, Regal Nails just made 2 solid long time customers.. this nail salon is wonderful and there is a very friendly & happy vibe in there..you cznt help to be happy afterwards. 5☆s.

Went here for the first time about a month ago. The lady cut the shiz out of my wife’s finger and tried to say it was cut when she came in. On top of that the sanetary conditions are deplorable at best. After using the electric nail files they just put them back in the case and move onto the next customer. Her finger got infected so bad she needed antibiotics. On top of all that, the polishing was so uneven you could see through parts of the nail in daylight and it was a darker red so it was very noticeable. Seriously, how does this place pass inspection??? I call foul play in all of the practices here. The icing on the cake was how bad they spoke about their customers after they left. We will never return and I caution anyone thinking about getting work done here.

Great experience!! They are very welcoming every time I come. I get my pedicure and nails with them and they do an amazing job. They exceed my expectations. I recommend this place.
