Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuethey are HORRIBLE!!! I used to get my nails done here just about every 2 weeks or so because I found it convienient that their salon is inside a Walmart. well I guess that comes with a price. every time I went i’d find a new issue to have with them. they are never sanitary, they’re rude, always in a rush, charge more and more each time for the same thing, have their daughter who is not well behaved AT ALL in the salon at all times causing a disturbance to potiential customers and makes the salon an absolute mess. they try to get you to pay cash and sometimes lie and say they can’t take card when they can, they overcharge and keep the difference as profit. they’ve made me go buy something at Walmart and get cashback so I could pay them cash but then shortly after I watched her let someone else pay with a card because she refused to purchase something just to pay for her nails so I knew it was a scam. the final straw for me was last week, I went in for a full set of acrylics for my vacation starting the next day. within 24 hrs my nails were not only ugly and poorly done, they started to turn black and make my skin around the nails become red, swollen, and inflamed. it was painful to say the least. they charged me $45 even though the sign says $30 and I even tipped $10. then I had to find a place on my vacation to take them off and paid $20 for that. the guy was super professional though and advised me to never go back because I got an infection from their unsanitary products. I origionally noticed the brush he used for the dip was used and dirty but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he should know what he’s doing, right? but wiping a brush with a dirty paper towel IS NOT sanitizing!! and the liquid in the jar was milky looking and cloudy and insted of dumping it out and refilling it with new, he just re filled the top half and left the bottom part in there. will NEVER be going back. they deserve to be shut down.they are HORRIBLE!!! The child had a pair of scissors and almost cut my sons hair. He had my to translate a phone call for him will never go back.
