Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe “nail tech” was on the phone the entire time she was frustrated because she had to do my nails because she said she was tired. She was suppose to be doing gel nails and we all know how they are suppose to turn out. But instead she kept having half painted nails she continued to file after painting then because she kept messing up and I asked her to fix them she began catching attitude and did not hide it. Then finally I thought I was done so I was in Walmart doing some shopping right after and noticed she left off the gloss and they were rough also still some were not painted all the way. Then the paint came off and with gel nails that should not happen.
