This are three days old I needed them fixed because I was going out of town and I had run out of time and did not have time to drive to my Regular place I am so disappointed at the quality of product for the price. The lady that did my nails was very pleasant however the one that did my feet seemed to be disgusted with my calluses lol.

I wanted the dip nails like I always get… I’m new to the area so I tried this place out … the girl was new she said her aunt owns it and was retiring. This girl said she like to brush the dip powder on so I went it.. basically all she did was apply acrylic on top of my nails. Idk why I went along with it… I knew something was up when she kept asking me how did my nails look during the process.. she barely even used the electrical nail file to shape and smooth them out .No buffer not even the emery board… so of course I mentioned it … oh I just put a thin layer on I don’t want to file it off… Is what she says… my nails look horrible a week later… they lifting… my hair is getting caught between my nail and the acrylic… if u considering stopping by this place … please don’t…

I appreciate your reply, however I tried talking to management while I was there, and all I got was “we understand” when addressing the charges. My daughters extra charge for shaping was ridiculous, because it was her own nails, and they were “almond “ shape when we walked in. We will NOT be back

They cut my cuticles (plural) and they also didn’t apologize for it and they made me try to pay full price when I asked kindly not to because they did a terrible job. I only get pedicures and so far my experience has been good. I am handicapped and they are very patient with me . I always write my tip in on my credit card receipt. No problems there.
