It was OK… no hand lotion or hand massage. The color was not dark enough but he was in a hurry and didn’t put enough coats of polish for proper color. Then over charged by $5, as you can see… not well done.

I asked them to remove my acrylic nails and they don’t use acetone. They clipped them and shoved a fake nail in between my natural nail and the acrylic nails. My finger nails are torn up. I could have done that at home. I will never go back for any services. Very rude people and horrible service.

I’m a little disappointed with my last experience here. I was overcharged almost double for just a full set of gel nails. The sign in the shop says and gel manicure is $35. After I left, I called the place and they told me a gel manicure is for $45 but while I was in there, the lady charged me $60, yes $60 for a gel set. Nothing special just a simple purple and glitter gel color. I originally wanted a glittery dip nail with a different color and she kept steering me back to regular gel because she said it would be too hard to put dip on fake nails (which I’ve done plenty of times before) and STILL charged double the price… I’ve learned my lesson to speak up next time. Keep your eyes open for this ladies!!!

Extremely rude. I waited an hour and a half. Had other customers get nails done and i said i was here at 12 and was,rudely told they were there first. They opened at 12 and i was there at 12. After waiting 1.5 hours i was standing by the register was,completly ignored for 10 minutes. Finally the woman said go sit down. I asked how much longer she said 1 more hour. No thanks they dont need my business. If i wanted to wait that long then i will just pass.

Arrived at opening for a manicure and only one employee was working. About 30 minutes another employee arrived to help out. He polished my nails then had me hold them to a lightbulb to help dry. The manicure was ok but I have had a neater polish from other manicurists. No massage, no lotion other than something he put on my cuticles which made my fingers dry out and caused hangnails within a week. Will not return.

The worst customer service ever. Very rude! I walked up to this nail salon to get a simple pedicure and first of all no one even looked up to greet me and I stood there for 5 mins before a man finally walked over and very rudely told me to wait. They act like I was ruining their day or something, lol! It was ridiculous!! Needless to say I’ll never go back there- Miami Nails is SO much better! Heather is amazing.
