I asked for a pedicure and manicure after the pedicure the guy tried to rush me out until I explained I still wanted a manicure even then he only took off my nail polish and reapply new nail polish instead of giving me a manicure, and he didn’t even do what I asked on my nails I asked for them to be just shaped but he cut them very short. the nail polish had little air bubbles and spots that weren’t even covered, And after asking multiple times if they could do a certain design on the nail they said yes but never did it so when I asked about it they said oh no we can’t do that after I had already been told they could Also want to mention this is for a wedding that I was getting my nails done for! I will not be going back

I visited this salon to treat myself to a mini manicure before a small reunion of friends. I was in a hurry and just asked for my regular nail color removed, my nails shaped and dip color applied. I think there was some language barrier with the young lady who was doing my nails because an older lady would step over and answer my questions or ask me questions. The nail tech used a dremel tool to remove the old polish (it was regular polish, not gel or dip) and cuticles. I wasn’t thrilled but I had told her I was in a hurry. The next morning, my cuticles were swollen sore. Three of my fingers ended up infected.

I have went up to Regal nails several times and they are always too busy to do a 5 minute eye brow wax I have asked them when do they think they will have time and they say “we are to busy today.” The issue is this has been every single time I go up there. At this point I believe they don’t want to do it because it’s not enough money vs a manicure or pedicure. I told them I won’t be coming back because clearly that’s what they want anyway ♀️ Lol

Critical: QualityI usually go to Bliss Nails in Sapulpa but they were full & I had a broken nail so I went to this place instead. I know they didn’t do a great job when I tried them a few years ago but I thought maybe they had gotten better since then & I was desperate. Nope. Nails are uneven. Some edges/sides don’t even have polish on them. Two of the Nails looked lumpy from where they put the polish on too thick and it all pooled into one spot and they seemed upset when asked to fix it. When my nails were finished, the tips still felt sticky and gummy because they weren’t under the lights long enough. There is polish on like 4 of my fingers. Etc. Getting my nails done is the one thing i do for myself & to try to feel good about myself so it’s really upsetting when they turn out like this. Let me start off by saying I love the people that are in this salon, I love the atmosphere and I love getting pedicures here. HOWEVER, I’ve gotten my nails done here the past two times. The last time I got the powder and my nails are blotchy and my nails are not straight. It’s a shame because I enjoyed it there but I will not be returning. I can’t pay 40$ for a set of nails every two weeks if they aren’t going to be done correctly
