Went to go get my nails removed (not put on by the same place) they took the nails off by cutting one of my nails off and prying them off by going in between the acrylic and my real nails and actually caused damage to my cuticles and nails by doing this and actually made me bleed i would not recommend to at least not get your nails removed here.

I went in for a pink and white fill and the shape was not great, they were very thick like duck bills and the white was crooked. I tried to tell him this so he could fix the white but he just kept re shaping instead of understanding so I gave up and just told him they were fine so he could finish and I could leave. Took pic of how un even white is but keep on mind they look much better after I worked on shape and thickness for an hour. Will not be back.

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for almost ten years, and I’ve never had an experience like I did today. Not only did they REFUSE do my friends nails how she asked, they treated us as if we were stupid when we addressed the issue. They refused to fix anything, and said if they were going to fix them, she was going to have to pay for both services. The male working had the absolute worst customer service and basically degraded us to make us believe we weren’t right. He didn’t soak off any off her old polish, and put acrylic and shellac ON TOP of the old polish. While he did my nails he played a game on his phone the whole time. Anytime anything tried to be said, he didn’t want to listen. Her nails look absolutely horrendous, and the customer service was terrible. Terrible, $65 for nails so thick they look like duck bills, multiple cut cuticles, fuzz and hair in the acrylic, and two jeweled nails that look disgusting, and acrylic all over on my FINGERS. This lady that did my nails was on YouTube on her phone the entire time watchin a show besides like 5 mins the main boss was there she slid it to the back of the drawer and shut it until as soon as he walked out. She was very lazy and unprofessional with my nails. The guy was also on his phone playing a game the entire time and taking smoke breaks doing the other person’s nails that was with me. There was another woman in there working on someone’s feet watching her phone on YouTube eating videos, literally the only one not on their phone was the daughter. I left bleeding, as well as VERY unpleased, I will not be going back. I do not see how they just get away with such poor and unclean service.

My experience at this place I found I did not like. The gentleman in there was all by his self. And was saying and talking of being by himself. And his family being out of town that helps him in there wife. So he was alone. So it took him a long time. He in between did not sanitize. He did not have people to wash their hands before let alone after. He did not use new tools. He did not wash his hands after he took a break in between of doing peoples nails. He went outside to smoke a cigarette and call his wife to catch up to see how things were going. Sure he offered things but that did not make up for setting there a period of going in appointment at 1:30 and getting out of there around 5:00. Granddaughter had a pedicure which he took a break in between. To go outside to smoke a cigarette. And blow his nose in air. Come back in did not wash his hands. Did not clean his nose out. Did not have his mask back on. No I give it a two star because he kept asking for forgiveness and apologizing. Lots of mistakes.

Salon is in Wal-Mart. Staff were very polite but both myself & my friend had our polish chip off within a couple of hours of leaving. Mine chipped off in the store(Walmart) so I was able to go back and have her fix it, but it chipped off again later that day. My friend had a big chip come off hers & she had already gone home. For $45.00 you expect it to stay on. We think the tech may have been new. I don’t know if she put a sealer over it or not. The foot massage was great.

The man who did my nails was fast and friendly, I was pleased with the selection of dip colors. He was hesitant to do anything with my cuticles because “it was more of a manicure” feature but @ $40 he could have pushed them back.
