I asked if they have alcohol wipes or something she grabbed a paper towel, dabbed it, then went on to wipe the rest of my fingers with the same paper towel. The lady that did my manicure was very professional. But, the man that was doing the elderly lady next to me’s nail, he was harsh and rude to the lady. Critical: ProfessionalismI haven’t had my nails done for over 9 years… I Paid $50 for thin plain acrylics, painted black. The nail tech rolled her eyes very dramatically at me because I didn’t understand something she asked me. They were just really unwelcoming and rude the entire time. I felt like an inconvenience or something. There was one friendly lady but she was not the one doing my nails. I still tipped because I felt that was the polite thing to do. But I definitely got ripped off. I have 5 deep cuts on my cuticles that bled a lot but I just tried to stay still and not say anything because my anxiety was so bad. She got frustrated because I didn’t understand how she wanted me to move my hand and would contort my fingers in a rough way, popping my fingers. I haven’t had my nails done for over 9 years… I Paid $50 for thin plain acrylics, painted black. The nail tech rolled her eyes very dramatically at me because I didn’t understand something she asked me. They were just really unwelcoming and rude the entire time. The worse place ever, to get your nails done. My 6yr old niece will do a way better job than the man that did mine. I’m highly upset and disappointed in the outcome of my nails. I pointed out the holes, dips and bumps as well as the nails that didn’t get filled completely and correctly. And he tore my cuticles up with that drill set at 100mph. SMH.

It’s not very often that I get a chance to pamper myself and for me, nothing beats a pedicure. I’ve been into Regal once before and left with one of my toes bleeding and feeling like I was just rushed through the whole experience. I know that we all have off days and I believe in second chances, so I decided to give them a second shot at glory. Once again, it was rushed and not at all a pampered type of experience…. and I left with a bleeding toe. So much for second chances.

Went there today to get mine done, did way better than what Fancy Nails did before. Regal took the time to make sure that my nails were even, there were no polish under my nail, overall just a very good place.

do not go to this nail salon in Walmart. They were so freaking rude. They cut almost every finger of mine. My hands are so sore and it hurts to wash my hands. They took at least 45 min on one hand. My nails aren’t even even at all.
