Horrible, Lynn who did my nails. Made my cuticles bleed. Filed my nails down to so much they have holes in them. She talked on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails. She got up in the middle of painting them and had another girl finish. I will NEVER return to this place.

Absolutely the WORST PEDICURE I’VE EVER HAD!!! I am never one to complain but the service was terrible!! They rushed through the whole thing in an attempt to get me out of the chair. I asked for a design on my big toe, she obliged but it looked like something a 5 yr old would’ve painted. So I asked very nicely if we could remove the design & just go with solid color. She got an attitude immediately and slopped new paint on & before it could even dry she put the top coat on smearing the whole paint job entirely!!! I SOOOOOO wish I could upload a picture so that you could see with your own eyes just what a shotty job was done. I’ve never been treated so rudely or had such terrible service!!! Needless to say I will not be back & would advise anyone going there to go ANYWHERE else but here!!!!

Terrible service. My nail tech was very sloppy. When I asked for her to clean the acrylic from around my nail/skin she put oil on my fingers and told me to peel it off. That is not my responsibility. The I noticed one of the tips is cracked, but I see she went ahead and applied the acrylic over them anyways.. My expectations is to be fully serviced. I will not return to this Nail Salon. I can’t upload the pics as it doesn’t have an option.

Very sweet people, great customer service and satisfaction. Great prices. My only issue was the lady that done my nails was checking her phone alot and even answered a non work related call. The lady hurt both my mom and myself, cut my moms cuticles too short, didn’t remove my fake nails all the way like I wanted, my mom has an air bubble in hers with a brush hair in it, all of my nails are not filed smooth, have lumps in the polish, and are very messy. Also had me pay and tip before doing the service, so I couldn’t leave an accurate tip based on service. Will not be returning.

Got jel polish and it ended up with cotton in my polish . They refused to fix it and try to say it was my toenail..lol. They were very rude and uncaring to make a customer satisfied. The lady also stated yelling at me in Chinese which I have no idea what she was saying. I could have had a better job than they did. I would never go back there again or recommend this place to anyone!!

The absolute worst. Went to get a gel polish change on my toes today and they were done very poorly, so I asked that they be fixed around the edges. The gentleman who did them grudgingly came to “fix” them but by the end of it they were far worse. The manager told me that they could just take it off, and I agreed. However, instead of taking it all off, they took off only half of the gel and told me there would be a charge to take the remainder off. Save your time and money.

Not a great experience. I went here with my mom and got the basic pedicure. It was extremely rushed. The gentleman doing my nails clipped one too far back and made it bleed. Most of my toes are not fully painted. Those that are fully painted the nail polish is all around the nail. (I admit my toes are small but I have never had such a poor job done.) My mom’s toenails look way better but even her pedicure was rushed (and she got a more expensive pedicure).
