Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will never spend my money here again. I had a horrible experience. Not only was the woman who did my nails extremely rude she argued with me about the shape of my nails when the difference was obvious. I tried to pay and just leave to get services elsewhere but she insisted on fixing it so I allowed her. I will never spend my money here again. I had a horrible experience. Not only was the woman who did my nails extremely rude she argued with me about the shape of my nails when the difference was obvious. I tried to pay and just leave to get services elsewhere but she insisted on fixing it so I allowed her. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went on Wednesday morning me and my granddaughter they sat us done and start doing ouring feet then once two other white customers come in and they stopped doing our feet and started doing their feet and just left us sitting our feet in the water and they told me they had an appointment but they shouldn’t have started ours then so we just walked out and they said thank you like it was okay… The man was very very rude im very disappointed in this service ! The man that delt with me was very nice and professional, as well as friendly. The older lady that delt with my daughter was very rude. She continued to slap her hands and bend them. She actually had grabbed my daughter s arm and pushed it down on the table and bent her hand .The older lady was very rough and rude. I will not return to this order of business ever again. I just left this business. I paid over $85 in total for my daughter and I to get a full set with gel. The man that delt with me was very nice and professional, as well as friendly.
