I went in today September 25th for my birthday treat to myself and left very unsatisfied! I could not wait to get out. The only reason I gave a 2 star instead of one is cause the people are nice but my nails did not come out the greatest, they were rushing so I felt uncomfortable and unwanted, I felt they did not pay attention to my nails, my nail tech was filing my skin it hurt so bad! I left with messed up nails, I ended up coming home and taking off the polish and doing it myself. I’m not sure if I’ll go back. You can clearly see from the photo how torn up my cuticles are. This is my second time going to this place and the first time wasn’t bad.

Nail tech rushed through the process of dipping powdering my nails and within 2 days the top coat was cracking and starting to peel. I DO NOT recommend the salon at Penn and Memorial.

This nail salon would be rated of the worst of reviews that I have ever written. It was hypocritical in what it purchases for cheap supplies, also while charging expensive prices for terribly done nails-which they don’t even let you dry! In addition, their service is unacceptable, because AFTER they have done your nails, they will charge extra without even telling you beforehand.

The absolute most friendly and coherent staff that reciprocated exactly what I wanted only better. Out standing quality. They treat you like a friend or family member rather than a customer I truly felt cared about and very content when it came to receiving the service. And I think on the cake the price could not be beat ! Horrible. Signed in to get my nails done, they told me to go shop and when someone was available they would call me. There was no one else on the list at the time, so went to get something to eat and do some shopping. Came back after 45 minutes and there were 2 new people getting service. When asked how much longer they told me to wait another half hour. Needless to say, my nails never got done. Will never go back.
