Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueCalled at 645 and got there at 7 and they close at 730 but LeeLee said they’d stay open for me and I asked for the nails I had to be filled and one replaced and a ombre with a sticker they exceeded my expectations and gave me the fanciest nails I’ve ever had Lucky was the main tech doing my nails but LeeLee was assisting him they were both so gentle on my hands and left with no pain to my fingers or nails! They had sanitizer stations for all tools and coustmers to access and were equally excited to do the fun design as I was getting it! They were very friendly and listened to all my request and gave me exactly what I asked for! Definitely planning to use them again in the future! They stayed until 9 and made me feel welcome the whole time! Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey do not take their time, I was the only one in there and the woman that was doing my nails was rushing through them. She kept asking me over and over which shape I wanted after I already told her the same shape I have since I only needed a fill and obviously new shellac. She did an awful job on my nails that I paid 30 dollars for. I could have got a full set with shellac for a little more than what I paid her. If I had went somewhere else but I wanted to give it a try. I am not one that usually puts a rating on businesses because I feel like you can take a loss sometimes but my nails look awful, and I would not want anyone else to go waste they’re money there. Plus it’s not clean in there at all. She kept asking me over and over which shape I wanted after I already told her the same shape I have since I only needed a fill and obviously new shellac.
