Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism*EDIT* So the nails I got were very thin and broke. I ended up actually have one finger pop completely off. Also, they have now either closed permanently or changed owners again and are reopening at a later date.Made an appointment to get my nails done and they were so friendly and kind. There was a very short wait and while I waited I was able to choose my color. The store was clean and welcoming. The gentleman who did my nails was very friendly and professional. My husband came in and he got a pedicure, which was quick and he said was fantastic. They did my nails exactly as I asked and were really quick. Critical: Quality, ValueOh where do I begin, so I took my sister to get her nails done for Christmas and im not happy with the outcome. She was so excited for her present but let down. We told the lady she has Sensitive nails and The lady ripped her cuticles and was very rough on her. Not all of the polish is on and the shape is off on most of them. She asked for coffin and got some that look like square. Some of the tops are super chunky and still pointy from not being filed all the way. There also not glued all the way down. Also when she filed the acrylic down to where it burned her skin. When she told her it hurt she just said “it’s okay it must be your first time”. She’s gotten her nails done at other places before. We thought why not try them out since we’re in Walmart. Over all it was just a bad experience. I wish this could’ve been better for her and her nails. Waste of money just to go somewhere else and get them off. Guys this place is phenomenal! Extremely sweet people I have the privilege to work next to at the hair salon and they always come with the BIGGEST smiles and positive vibes 🙂 they’re work is excellent! Linh has amazing customer service and Is very honest to you about everything. Her uncle’s work is AMAZING! He was able to give me the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had just in time for Christmas! I can’t stress enough how great this nail salon is. Truly. So real and talented ! The ONLY thing I do have to say is if you go I would request either him or linh… not very satisfied with the work of Lisa but besides that everything is wonderful 🙂

The lady that did my nails was very rude, she was putting the tips on my nails and I realized one was too small, I reported this to her and she said “it’ll be ok.” When she finished my nails the one that was too small looked very bad and she had tried to shape it but it looked like a claw and the others just looked messy and gloopy. I will never go back here again and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a nice experience.
