Critical: QualityI only went here because my nail tech was out of town. My acrylic was uneven, the arch in the design was uneven and my overall nails were bulky! Several times I had to advise the nail tech that something wasn’t correct with my nails and she had to fix them. I decided to go back advise her of how they look and she tried to file them! No filing will fix one-sided nails. I asked them how do they handle first time customers who are not satisfied with their work, and they replied I can file your nails. I advise you not to go here, this was my first time and I will NEVER return. I only went here because my nail tech was out of town. My acrylic was uneven, the arch in the design was uneven and my overall nails were bulky! Several times I had to advise the nail tech that something wasn’t correct with my nails and she had to fix them. I decided to go back advise her of how they look and she tried to file them! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to Regal Nails for about 15 years. Peter (the owner) is a professional. He does a great job. I get dip powder which strengthens my real nails. I get a lot of compliments!! Lisa does my pedicures. I have a toenail that has a tendency to get ingrown. Lisa knows just where to pinch my toe so that it doesn’t hurt when she fixes it. My feet look years younger when she finishes. I had one issue in 15 years and when I went back, they were repaired, no charge. The only time that I went elsewhere is when Regal Nails flooded in 2016. I was charged a whole lot more for less services. In 2013, I went to California for a wedding. The whole bridal party had their nails done. I really expected to have a great experience. I was shocked to see that they didn’t even have the foot spas like Regal Nails. They brought out some large bowls of water to soak your feet in!!! I got there around 5:30pm on 06/21/17. Nobody was there waiting. So the lady took me right in. I chose two colors orange and black, black being for the tips. I paid and she got started. She put one of the nails on crooked. I kept telling her, she said since I was getting rounded tips it would be fine. Okay, while she is clipping the fake nails down, she clipped my skin. The nail that got put on crooked is shorter than the rest because of how much she had to file it to make it look straight. The whole I was trying to make small talk with her, but I guess she might have been having a bad day, but she was talking with her male co-worker. Now, she started painting my nails, the most gorgeous sparkly orange, that I had picked out. When it came time to do the black tips, she kept telling me no. Even though I paid extra for it. Finally she did it. By this time my nails are looking awesome. I go to the drying station. It was apparently almost closing time. I was at the dryer station for no time at all. She turns it off, and tells me I’m good to go. I noticed a decent size glob of black nail polish hanging right off the side of my nail. I showed her, so she doused a cotton ball with finger nail polish remover. Which runs all down my nail. Since my nails weren’t fully dry yet I had to be super careful. I accidentally brushed up against my son’s shirt and two of my nail’s tip (the black part) pulled back, not smudge or warped, the black polish was rolling back. I went back over there to see if maybe she could fix it. Nope they already closed up shop. There were good parts and bad parts to my visit. I had to fix my nails when I got home. I feel like she was rushing and just trying to get it done, so they could close up. It closed at 7:00pm. I know it takes time to nails done, but it was like she rushing, yet still trying to take her time. Not really sure what my opinion is. If I do go back, I’m gonna make sure they will be open for long than a hour and half.

I will start off by saying this, the staff is very kind and friendly as tho it seems to be this way idk..looks can be deceiving.. here’s the problem, I Now have to drive all the way from Watson back to this nail shop(regal nails). I’m so disappointed to say that I nearly almost spent $100 to be let down with the result..I brought my 8 yr old daughter and her 10 yr old best friend to get a simple polish coat to look nice for the holiday..it hasn’t even been 24 hrs and both the nail colors have flaked off completely and partially on both girls..so I will definitely be going back and I have to burn time, energy and gas because the manicurist wanted to rush and gripe..it’s my hard earned money and I deserve compensation. I wouldn’t recommend them ever again..

This nail shop usually have top service and environment, but this morning I was one of the first 2 customers and obviously upon closing last night NO cleaning was done , chips, nail dust all over the floor, I had to ask the workers to sanitize wipe the chair I was about to occupy, they reluctantly complied.this will probably be my last visit at this location. I have always enjoyed the service the workers and the prices

I went there yesterday……which was May 18th and they didnt do my nails that good!! 3 of my nails are NOT filed even!!! And also I told them I would like a refill and they told me that these are NOT fake nails and they also told me that these r my real nails!! But they usually they do a great job on my nails……but they were in a hurry to get my nails done and to get me out of there!!

Got acrylics and they were: Lopsided, not filled all the way, and we’re polished like someone used their non-dominate hand to do them. Plus, the guy doing them called both me and my dad fat. The only reason I give them even one star is because he did my sisters nails pretty okay and called her skinny.
