Would you believe I spent 50 for this. This is the worse nail salon I have ever been to in my life. You can tell the lady was upset because I was unhappy with my nails. They look like my 15 year old did them. Will never spend my money at that shop again. I will update my nails shortly being that I had to waste money and let someone else do my nails. The lump you see on my nails it’s not a reflection from my camera it is literally how my nails look. I just had to pay and leave because I was just too upset of the outcome of my nails. Did I mention I his is gel polish. My nails are lumpy when you touch them. Worse nail shop ever. Your work is your pride. You should be very disappointed because you are basically robbing people of their hard earned money. Let’s not forget these was done yesterday

It was the best. My cousin and I went to have a girls day. I will admit there was a wait, but so worth it. We picked our colors and maybe 5 minutes later we were in pedi chairs. That is where we had our wait. But for us that hour flew by cause we was talking. The pedicures were amazing. They even use hot stones and hot towels! I had to be “extra” and get a full set of nails to Match my toes. Overall a great experience and I will go back to Slidell Regal Nails! Thank y’all so much for today! We both needed it!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I was able to select no star, I would have.On this past Sunday my daughters and granddaughters plan a date day to the nail salon. I hadn’t been to this salon in years but I figured I’d bite the bullet and go with my girls. Well, what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a tense, stressful situation of watching to make sure they didn’t skip my girls. My granddaughters and 26 year old daughter who looks like a child were skipped with seating. But what agitated me was the staff member would not admit she made a mistake and continuing to say they were there before us and the customers sitting there in silence knowing they came after us. I was already receiving services and my girls were next up which supports we were there first.. A sign in sheet would have solve the problem instead of the greeting how may I help you, pick a color and sit over there and you pull people as you wish.To Regal Staff I will never patronage your business again, I will return to Bellagio Nails which cost more but the staff is very professional. Thank you for helping to teach my girls you get what you pay for.One other note, I call my daughter who couldn’t attend to tell her how her daughters were treated and she stated this business/location is known for not going in the order the customers arrive. She had the same experience.Regal please implement a sign in sheet. This is the most disorganized disgrace of a business. Went for a pedicure and a refill, apparently they’ve don’t soak your feet while you are waiting for them to finish others and I guess they don’t care who came in first, they’ll take who they are want first, and if you are not the white, it won’t be you. Two black customers and we are both treated with indifference. Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of my life, go anywhere but here.

Every technician here in Regal Nails at Walmart- Natchez are great. Especially, Gina. She’s perfectionist and I like her professionalism when she’s doing my manicure, and pedicure, and eyebrows. Their price are very reasonable and they are very clean.
