Love going here Tammy and Don gets you right everytime though i always go to Tammy she just recently did a set for me that i absolutely love and i get complements all day everyday whenever she does my nails and i always recommend her to anyone who asks. It’s funny because when people ask me where i get my nails done they are shocked when i tell them i got them done here but anyways i will always recommend them to anyone who asks.

I’m not going to lie; at first I was a little iffy on going here at first because every time I’ve been to Walmart it’s always dead there. My friend wanted to get her nails done and I wanted a pedicure and that’s exactly what we got. The service was great and her nails came out beautiful. I’ll be going to get my nails done before I go back home to Texas. This picture was taken today. Two weeks after her nails were done.

I came here when my usual person wasn’t in and I needed a fill badly. It seemed fine although I definitely felt rushed. Well turns out one of my nails BROKE 2 days after I had it done, And the others are starting to chip. That has never happened to me before. I had my nail fixed at another salon and they told me the base coat was not applied properly & that’s why they’re chipping. It sucks bc I paid good $$ and my nails aren’t even grown out yet. The main reason I get acrylics w gel is so I don’t have to do anything w my nails. I won’t come here again

I have been going to this nail shop for 12 years. But as of today, I will not spend another dime there! I had a 5:30 appt. For nails and toes with the owner. I arrive at 5:29. The shop is packed and he is not there. I asked his wife was he there and she said “he gone home”. No explanation was given as to why he wasn’t there. No explanation given as to why I wasn’t called and informed he wasn’t going to honor the appointment. No effort to accommodate me or apologize for the inconvenience was given!!! I then had to ask her should I stay? Was someone else going to do my nails/ toes?. She then responded “ you can stay, I have one more after this one”and basically dismissed me! No eye contact , no ownership to the situation. I work too hard for my money and I will not beg anyone to take it! I felt so slighted, disrespected and such a victim of POOR customer service. I literally went down the street and made an appt for tomorrow at another salon. What is the point of making an appointment if you’re just Going to disregard them and take walk ins?????You nail shops come a dime a dozen. So this loyal customer of 12 years is taking her money elsewhere. Regal Nails KSKs Legends you should be a shame of yourselves. Your language or culture barrier is no excuse. Good Customer Service is understood by ALL!!! PEACE
