I waited over a hour followed by the original 30 minute wait time they gave me. It was really busy so I was willing to wait. The first issue I had was a woman being rude to a customer because they had lied to her about the pricing. She yelled at the woman and the woman paid and went on about her business. Then it happens again the same worker treating another woman horribly because she quoted her the wrong price. Then one of the men working treating the two women next to us bad because they wanted her to get gel polish and she didn’t want it. Then her friend had gel polish on her nails and they wanted to charge her extra to remove it and then told her they’d give her free gel polish in return. The water in my tub was cold and the lady who did mine added a few drops of hot water and went about her business. Another woman waited for over an hour getting her manicure and the guy working next to her told her she’d have to wait another hour. The pedicures my cousin and I wanted were the basic that was listed for $35 they told us we’d have to pay $55 and get gel even though we said no. She also proceeded to drop her tools on the floor and try to keep using them. Then to top it off my nails weren’t horrible but they certainly weren’t worth what I paid. Horrible people who were so rough and abrasive not only when working but also in the way they treat people. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!

So I was here 2 years ago Aug 15 2019 with my bridesmaids and friends to get our nails done for my wedding. We had excellent results. But then we were looking for a place this weekend for my sister and friend and our daughters to go and it was sorta last minute so nobody had room except Walmart. I had read reviews and was a little freaked out but decided since we had great results last time that I would just ignore that bad reviews and go again. Once again, they did NOT disappoint! I love my nails as do the other 6 that got them done. I think the workers may seem abrupt or “rude” because of their culture. Relax, act happy and treat them with respect and hopefully you will be treated the same!

Horrible service. The lady that did my nails did not listen to be the shape I wanted. When I tried to correct her she said “That not sexy!” and then tried to pressure me into a longer length to my nails. When I asked her to trim the tips, she would sigh every time. I was constantly pressured to get other services and the lady kept saying things like “eyebrows not good” and “always time for pedicure” At the end of the appointment, she went and got the guy that was there and told him that I didn’t like my nails. I told him I did like them but not that she had tried to pressure me into lengths and nail shapes that I didn’t want and services I told multiple staff I would not be getting. He shrugged and walked away, not saying anything.

Not so great. They are very nice. I kept letting the technician know that her tool was burning me. Ended up leaving with some bleeding around my nails. During the whole process she did not ask me to wash my hands. Even after all of the dust from the nail drill. I got clear so my clear has white specks throughout my nail. I had to get up and rinse my hands, against her wishes.

My mother and I went to Regal Nails in Walmart today. She had a split on her nail and asked the tech to fix it. It took the tech all of 3 minutes to patch it and they charged her $20 for the repair! First time I got acrylics done, they were amazing. Loved them. I went back yesterday to get a fresh set after not having any on for about 3 months and I decided to try their “new” gel powder. There’s no difference between it and acrylic powder. NONE WHATSOEVER. Don’t waste your money and get the results I did. They stick up and a couple are crooked. I didn’t notice until after I had gotten home. If you are able to do your own nails, do it. Don’t waste it.
