Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

Critical: ProfessionalismI have done my own nails for about 2 years now. I am absolutely not a professional. I go to a salon every 2 months for a pedicure and maybe 2 x a year I have my nail powder taken off. This was my first visit to this location. My husband called a week in advance and made an appointment for today at 4 pm. He told them it would be 2 pedicures and a nail removal. When I got in the pedicure chair I asked the tech of I can soak my nails while doing the pedicure. She started complaining about how much work it was going to be and that I should not do my own nails. I simply said this is why I made the appointment and I understand there is a charge for them. She started lecturing me that since I pay for something doesnt mean it wont be a lot of work for them. I then said if it’s too much trouble then just simply say you dont want to do them. She then went on and said she wasnt saying that and went on to how bad my nails looked lol. I got up and left. They will not get my service! I tip well because I understand since I do my own nails with dip powder they are a little thicker than professionally done nails. But I will not allow you to badger me while this is supposed to be a relaxing moment.I will add they were the cleanest regal nails I’ve ever been too. I have done my own nails for about 2 years now. I am absolutely not a professional. I go to a salon every 2 months for a pedicure and maybe 2 x a year I have my nail powder taken off. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had my nails done here today and was beyond impressed. This afternoon I had a very bad experience at another salon and went to Regal in hopes to have them fixed. The lady took my freshly done acrylics off (which took much effort and time) and did not complain once. She did an amazing job on my nails and each employee had great customer service. I had my nails done here today and was beyond impressed. This afternoon I had a very bad experience at another salon and went to Regal in hopes to have them fixed. The lady took my freshly done acrylics off (which took much effort and time) and did not complain once. She did an amazing job on my nails and each employee had great customer service. I was extremely happy with my experience and will definitely be back!
