I went in to get 3 pedicures done, (1 service was not getting color, gel, clear coat, none of that) and I left very unsatisfied. Service was terrible. My deep red nail color was bright red that you could see through. They kept asking me if I wanted the higher priced packages by turning the page on the given option sheet, then pointing at the higher price saying, “you want this one”. I had to tell them 5 times I wanted the $40 regular pedicure. I made it very clear from their selection which one I wanted by pointing, circling, saying “no, I want this one”. They did this to me and my friends. After everything was finished they charged me for three different priced pedicures. My service lasted about 30 minutes. Paid $200 for cheap work at an over priced experience.

Got in very quickly, service was very nice but my nails were very low quality, broke a nail first day after having them put on and I also got my eyebrows done and after I left and looked in the mirror more closely my eyebrows were yellow and they are supposed to be dark brown. Was very frustrated with this. Especially since I paid $80. Wish I could give more stars but right now I can only give two.

I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They said they didn’t have the color, okay whatever I’ll give them that. Then she caked the acrylic on so thick I’ll be surprised if I don’t tear a nail off from snagging it on something. Then the color I picked looked nothing like the color that ended up on my nails. My nails look like the Marlboro Menthol cigarette boxes.

I’ve been in Danville over a year now leaving the state at end of March 2020. This is first time I come into this establishment I’m always at Walmart but never was interested in coming here since I’ve had bad experiences at other Walmart establishments. So far the lady has done an awesome job on my feet and really got into my toes not like the others here in Danville. I often leave upset because they never did a good job on my feet.
