This was not my first time here but I will say I had a better experience my 1st time visiting. Previously, the tech was attentive and it was relaxing but the tech was not my friendliest technician. He started my pedicure with ice-cold hands because he had gone outside to smoke. When I told him his hands were cold, he continued my pedicure without taking into consideration my concern. He took care of my feet while talking on the phone. Rude if you ask my opinion. I will return but I will leave if he is the technician.

Went to Lynn a few months ago for my graduation nails & she did an awesome job! The marble nails turned out pretty good! Far better than any salon I’ve been to in Bloomington. Also it was cheaper than I thought it would be too considering I got designs, marble, & a special shape all for $45. I was more than impressed with my mails & my friends nails. My graduation nails were perfect & super noticeable in pictures!! Wish I would have known about this salon all 4 years of college!

I would not give them any stars at all. I walked in to get a fill. They said about 45 minutes. 2 other people came in after me. Both of those ladies were called and started. I asked how much longer and why they were taken before me. She replied that one had an appointment and the other person had been there before. Okay, I get the appointments. they should go first, but really…the other person had been there before. I have been multiple timesas well. Plus, I was told on 2 occasions that they don’t take appointments. I guess you have to be a favorite, or you get to sit and wait for everyone else before you get your nails done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had Kevin, and he took his time..and listened to me and worked nicely on my nails. I did get cut twice, but fir the great quality..it was worth it.
