Unless you want dirty tools used on you then go ahead. when asked for new tools John refused and said no on top of that my nail shape and arcrylic were so uneven. I asked for almond and I got picked fences shape. And NO they are not cleaning after every customer that use there chairs and supplies for corona standards. Unless you want dirty tools used on you then go ahead. when asked for new tools John refused and said no on top of that my nail shape and arcrylic were so uneven. Well we had an appointment at 1. While we(5 of us) were there, someone else came in with an appointment… They stopped in the middle of our friend getting her nails done. She needed them shaped and painted, that’s all. They made her wait while they did the lady who just came in… Really great customer service, right?? My mother in law had bubbles in her polish a smear marks on a couple of her nails.. My daughter was told they couldn’t do the design she wanted… Then after I got home and ate dinner (maybe 4-5hrs later) I washed the dishes. I had gel polish on because I am a CNA, and it is said that gel lasts longer. My thumbnail chipped!!!! It was also supposed to change colors (from purple to blue) depending on if they’re warm or cold… I even stuck my hands in the snow, never changed to blue!! I spent a total of $117 for me, my daughter, my sister in law and mother in law. Plus, my friend spent like $45, I believe she said. Either way, over $150 for all. The only reason I didn’t say that I hated it, is because the lady who did my nails was friendly..

I love getting my nails done here. I’m hard on acrylics, I work daily with my hands. My nails stay intact between fills, and my gel polish usually survives most times too.

Quick to get into. However not very friendly. Got mails don’t at 4 pm today gel may I remind you and already 3 fingers have chipping polish coming off. Will be going back for money back!! Or something will be done… this is unacceptable!!! 40$ for 4 hours? Uhm no!
