Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe man who did my nails was extremely professional, he’s so warm and welcoming. I’ve never had a nail artist that made me feel as comfortable as he did. On top of that HE DID MY NAILS PERFECT!!!!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS NAIL SALON. They are amazing. The man who did my nails was extremely professional, he’s so warm and welcoming. I’ve never had a nail artist that made me feel as comfortable as he did. On top of that HE DID MY NAILS PERFECT!!!!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in Wednesday to get a gel manicure. The lady (apparently her name is Angie) was very rude to me when I told her I wanted one nail reshaped because it was rounded instead of pointed. She told me “It’s not my fault”. She also cut me 3 times. Thursday my nail chipped and upon closer inspection it was because the overlay wasn’t applied correctly. So I go in Friday morning to get my nail fixed and explain to them I got a gel manicure and the polish chipped because the overlay wasn’t applied correctly. I was the first one in there, but a minute later a group came in and I was told to come back later because that group had an appointment scheduled two weeks ago. I said no I can’t come back because I have other things to do today, it’s one nail, you can’t just fix it now? She refused and told me to come back in 2 hours— for something that would take minutes to fix. I went back this morning (Saturday) to get the nail fixed. She repaired it but charged me $6 to do so when there should not have been any charge since it was due to poor application. In nearly 15 years of getting manicures I’ve never been charged to repair a nail for that reason. I’m incredibly disappointed by their terrible customer service. I went in Wednesday to get a gel manicure. The lady (apparently her name is Angie) was very rude to me when I told her I wanted one nail reshaped because it was rounded instead of pointed. Read the reviews for this place, they were almost all good; So they were the 1st place on my list of places to try! I was so disappointed. The professionalism I can say was very prevalent, but the manicurist that I had do a full set of nails on me was not in the least bit careful with my hands. They were very rough with my hands and I didn’t appreciate it. I asked them kindly to please be careful with my hands because they are more sensitive than a lot of people’s hands but unfortunately they proceeded to continue being rough with my hands.
