I’ve been going to Regal the over 3 months now and had nothing but good experiences. I usually call in the morning to schedule an appt for that afternoon, but you don’t need an appointment, just cuts waiting time down. All the staff is friendly, and you always hear a Hello when some walks in. And any issues are corrected right away. A great place for nails!! I highly recommend!!

I had never been here before, but thought I’d try it out as the salon I normally go to couldn’t get me in. I made an appointment online and showed up on time. I walk in and there is not one customer, just a woman sitting at one of the chairs on her cell phone. I walk in smiling (I’m always excited for pamper time). I said hello and explained I made my appointment online. The woman looks up and say um we dont go appointments online. I said okay that’s fine, do you have an opening for a full set and pedicure. She replies sure. She then gets back on her phone and I am just standing there. I asked her what she wanted me to do and in a very rude tone she asked me what I wanted. Lol what?? i just told you.. I then showed her a picture of the french manicure I wanted and she laughs and says um I can try. Try a french manicure? That doesn’t make sense. After five minutes in this place I realized it would be one salon I NEVER go to again. The woman really didn’t mind. She was happy to get back to her phone. And have no customers. Will never ever return.
