I came in asking for a full set (almond medium length frenchie). I picked the color I wanted as the tip and he got to work. The shape was beautiful and then we started picking out how I wanted the base to look. I said pinkish clear so it looked as natural as possible and like a healthy nail. Somehow that meant a hot pink base. I’d corrected him twice and at some point I just allowed him to finish the base. I asked for a top coat and called it a day. I was disappointed because the base I got looked nothing like the picture I showed. THEN he charged me $60 for this set. Mind you, all i got was the acrylic powder and a top coat. I didnt get i explained and showed and had cuts on my cuticles and was charged $60. I don’t recommend going. Nails are pretty but not what I asked for even after correcting him 2 times.

I love Billy and his staff. Billy, his wife and brother do Great work. I love chrome nails. They don’t have all the colors I like, so they allow me to bring my own colors I purchased online. Now sometimes they don’t listen to how I want my designs and do what they want. I feel like I pay a lot of money for my nails, I should get what I ask for. They also need to go to class on the latest styles and designs because what I ask for, they say it can’t be done. I know it can because I am a cosmetologist and instructor and I follow the trends and classes. They don’t try or let me explain to them how to do it. Other than that, they are quick and good.

I’ve been going to this shop for many years. Working in customer service, I appreciate good customer service and have no problem paying for great service………no matter the cost. Today I had a terrible experience and unfortunately will not return to this establishment. I asked for my nails to be done a certain way and unfortunately Ben did not understand me clearly. Instead of asking me to clarify, he proceeded to tell me how confused he was and that he’s uncomfortable doing my nails. Now I’ve been going to ONLY Ben for several years and love his work overall. But if something isn’t right, I feel that should be communicated and corrected since I am spending my money. After all, it’s called customer service!! Ben then got upset and while he did redo nails over, he was visibly upset and unfortunately it shows in the end result of my nails. They are lumpy, bumpy, uneven and aren’t quality for the cost. I will have to pay again to go and have them corrected. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional considering I paid $135.

They would not fix it. I requested nochip nails and non nochip pedicure. I noticed after leaving the dimly lit salon that my nails were pink and my toes orange. I went back and was told “that’s how we do it when you don’t get all nochip”. Then handed me the ring of colors and told me as he fanned his hand at me “get nochip for both or I can’t help you”. I walked out. NEVER to go there again
