At first I thought these nails were going to be super good for how long it took the tech to complete them. Over half the nails are crooked. I asked for coffin shape and only half of the nail is filled to shape. The acrylic is so thick on my nail that it weighs down my fingers. I was burned and cut about three times during the process and the Tech was shaking the entire time. Wouldn’t recommend especially since this costed me $55.

Unfortunately, I have not had good results the last two times I have been here. The “new to this location” staff is friendly, but the nails don’t last a week before breaking or falling off with gentle use. Before this time the work that was done at Regal would easily last 3 weeks. I would love to stay as a customer, but the workmanship needs to improve.

Oh man best pedicure I have ever had! I just moved here from Guam and this is my first pedi in 3 months since I have moved back to the states. David did mine and his hands are nice. Usually people hurt my legs when massaging but he actually made it enjoyable. I also have sand paper as bottoms to my feet and he did really well scrubbing the rough patches down. Hes also very nice. I will definitely be back!!

They did a bad job with my nails because now they look crooked, the ring fingers are almost at a 90 degree angle and it wasn’t worth $50. They also didn’t remember the shape of the nail I wanted. Looks like a 1st grader did this. Manicure

Must be under new management/ownership. Had a pedicure and not impressed. I have been going to this Regal Nails location for many years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. I have always gotten a spa pedicure, where they have soaked my feet, trimmed my toe nails, done the bottoms of my feet and my big toe, massaged my legs and feet and polished and done a design. My experience today, was completely different. She let my feet soak, trimmed nails and then put the thing between my toes to polish. I asked if they aren’t doing massaging legs with lotion anymore and was told after polish. She polished my nails and then just rubbed lotion on my legs, no massage and since nails were wet with polish didn’t touch my toes, and when I asked for a design she said she doesn’t do them. I miss the guys that did an awesome job and treated you like royalty! Do not think I will ever be back.

A friend and I had our nails done today they were nice enough to fit us into the schedule right away. When we got there I almost felt like we were being rushed. I got my nails done first full set acrylics. What I wanted he really couldn’t do. When I agreed to something more simple he was OK with that. The acrylic part went fine but he didn’t even prep my nails he did not clean my cuticles the nail polish was ok it wasn’t a clean application, and he didn’t apply cuticle oils or lotion.

It was a good place. It’s just that he took my shoes and my socks and put them by the shelf. So someone can sit at one of the chairs. So they can get there toenails done. There are six chairs and only two chairs were being used. They did not have anything to put on my feet. I walked without any thing on my feet. I was suppose to be seen at 2:30 and I was seen at 2:45.He did not say sorry I am late. He seem like he was in a rush. I will never go here again.
