This place is absolutely horrible, i explained that i wanted almond french tip nails and this is what she gives me. then she tore up my cuticles so bad they won’t stop bleeding i tryed to take a shower the morning after and it burned i couldn’t even run them underwater. then after she proceeded to say she was done with my nails, i said what are you talking about this isn’t french tip and (Rose) began to close the store and kick us out. i have pictures it just won’t let me add them to this.

This is truly the best treatment I have ever experienced at a nail salon. These professionals have great work ethic.they have many precautionary safety shields at every station. As well as offering masks and sanitizer. You are very well taken care of when you come here. They all check on your nails to make sure you completely approve, before you leave. Very rough when filing my toes. Left a few scratches. Got the deluxe pedicure but only ended up with a 5 min total massage and not much of it with the rocks that were so hot they burned my skin. Save your self some money and the pain and go elsewhere.

Very sweet, takes temperature and give you hand sanitizer when you walk in. Very rough when actually getting your nails done. The process that is. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years, and I’ve never been in more pain than I was today. I know since covid no one has really gotten their nails done, so the skin is sensitive. My pinkys were on FIRE with ever touch. I was in tears by the time I left. I have 4 kids, I can handle a lot of pain. But this was something else :/

Critical: Quality, ValueTried to get my nails done today and I could not sit through the whole set. All of my nail beds hurt as the woman filed them down to the meat. She could not get the length or shape to match on all my nails. Took her an hour just to file them into shape which I had to keep correcting. I work with my hands daily and my nails have NEVER been so sore. Seeing that I was unsatisfied she still made me pay. I did not let her finish! Never again. Tried to get my nails done today and I could not sit through the whole set. All of my nail beds hurt as the woman filed them down to the meat. She could not get the length or shape to match on all my nails. Took her an hour just to file them into shape which I had to keep correcting. I work with my hands daily and my nails have NEVER been so sore. Seeing that I was unsatisfied she still made me pay. I did not let her finish! Never again. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI do not rate places very often and I would for sure give this place a -10 rating. She kept pulling my hand roughly and I swore I was going to walk out with bleeding nails. And on top of that she forced me to the check out desk as if I was going to run away or something and had a tight hold on me, which I did not appreciate at all and who keeps money in a plastic garbage bag??? And the way she counted money (pretty sure she took more then what was told) and forced me to give her a tip? First time getting done in a salon, never again will I go here. Worst first time experience ever. My nails hurt for several days after. The lady that did them was gentle at first but as soon as I mentioned never having this done before she was immediately rough on my fingers and nails. I told them i wanted the $25 full set service but when I was done she charged me $35, she did get me in early about 15mins before the hours showed opened which was nice but it took almost an hr and a half for french tips. I have been unsure of where else to go to have my nails redone but everyone says different things about different places and after going here i have yet to hear one good review on this place, I wish i had known before going in.

I used to religiously go to nails R Us but stopped in here one day on a whim and I love it. This is now where I choose to go over any other places for a pedicure. The ladies here are so nice and they really give you the full treatment.
