When I first came into town I tried other nail salons that were more expensive. I accidentally ended up finding this place because everything was booked on Mothers day. They squeezed me and my two girls in, and did acrylic and paint on all of us! I had the best nails and they didn’t break or chip. They always do a first class job, my nails last a long time, and they do them SO FAST!

Yesterday was my last time going here! Again I left with my fingers sore and they switched manicurist right in the middle of doing my nails not to mention they finished the girl who came in after me while I waited. The woman needs to stop digging her nails into you. I really loved one of the manicurist but she is rarely there anymore. I usually tip extremely well and I’m sure they know that so I guess I was hoping for better service but maybe they figured I would tip well no matter what I don’t know but that’s not true.

Booked an appointment late in the day they were very accommodating my nails actually look great but I felt that they were kind of rough. Not sure I like the gel without the wipe off top cote doesn’t seem as shiny but based on the fact that it was spur the moment I was satisfied. She knicked the edge of my nail and it was bleeding but not too bad.

Critical: QualityThursday my daughter and I booked an appointment at 3 PM. I wanted to enjoy time together with a pedicure and have a new nails done. We thought if we booked an appointment they would take the time with us. People were coming in and asking if they would be able to have a service done and they said they would be right with them. I was told they will be able to do my nails like my photo that I showed them but that is not what they did. They were very rough and worked very fast. I got a $40 pedicure with gel polish I was charge $65 and it came off the following day. My fill with gel polish was $55 and that is chipping. I feel like they are trying to get people in and out the dooras fast as then can. which is not acceptable when you’re paying good money to have a service done. I went to get a fill and a few nails put back on, I walked in and the lady was eating food not really paying attention to us. I sat down when she was putting the extension on my nails she did a horrible job. Both of my pointer fingers are bent downwards and look horrible. She was super fast and seemed like I wasn’t a big priority to her. Not only that but her child was bugging her and being annoying. I would not recommend going here at all. Terrible staff and service.
