I tried a new place because my coworker highly recommended this place. I have a normal place but tried this new place out yesterday. I wasn’t really happy overall. Looked like great work was being done around me but my lady. Never got a name even. She cut me pretty good on my ring finger. Never acknowledged it at all. Kept going. The over all work wasn’t really that great quality from what I was used to. So was bummed. Not sure I’d ever go back.

Bad customer service. Got there was greeted. Got told to pick out my color and sit in the chair. Took someone fifteen minutes to go to my mom and I. I understand one girl was working on feet but the other person wasn’t. Was just moving around really slowly. When she finally sat down and began to work on my mom’s foot, she got up and without saying a word. She was gone ten minutes. I can understand Pedicures taking 45 mins but an hour and thirty minutes. Tell your employees to do better and have some better manners.
