I have been going to this nail salon for a while now. Sometimes they do a decent job and sometimes not so much. I have to say this will be the last time I will be going to this place. I got a fill today and it turned out horrible. I had a hot pink color and wanted to change the color to a dusty blue. Well the lady I had didn’t even take all of the pink off, so this is how it turned out. I did not notice it until I was home but I will be saying something. I noticed the lady didn’t take all the pink off but I guess i never thought about how you could see it in the bottom. She obviously had to of noticed and did nothing about it. Also, had one nail they had to put an extension on because it had fallen off and they charged me an extra $10 for it. Absolutely ridiculous!

the woman i got didnt give me what i wanted. She made me bleed multiple times, and after shaving them she didn’t wipe the dust so there are bumps under my polish. She didn’t paint them fully or well, the polish isn’t even. I’m ngl it looks like a three yr old did them . Manicure

I absolutely love the woman who runs this place! She’s not only thorough, she’s honest about what to do and what not to do. I’m a very picky person when it comes to getting my nails filled and I like them done right if I’m paying $45/$50 for a nail fill. This woman specifically can get them to my satisfaction every time. She makes me feel like VIP customer Everytime I see her whether she’s working and I walk by salon in Walmart or whether it be in public out somewhere she speaks to me Everytime. Nowadays you can’t find that personalized touch from a nail tech. I would highly recommend them

disappointed is an understatement right now. The new lady they hired was extremely rough with both mine and my sisters nails. She cut 5 of my nails and 3 of hers. They aren’t even the right color and there’s acrylic all over both of our hands. Ended up having to go back to the nail salon after we couldn’t get it off and having a different lady fix our nails.

Normally I am pleased with Regal Nails. I decided to step outside my comfort zone and try the dip nails. I wanted a French ombré and a natural look. The pink is so bright and u can see the line of the actual tip they glued on a few of them. Not to mention how thick they are, they look very fake. It was so late by the time I got out of there that I just paid and left. Not happy at all and very disappointed
