I really am not the type of person to do this.. but I’m so disappointed in how my recent experience was at this nail salon. I’m recently engaged and wanted to get my nails done to show off the ring. Well I do not normally have my fingernails done so I wasn’t sure what I wanted. They staff was not very helpful and even though I was the only customer at the time, I felt very rushed to decide with little information on what to choose from. The lady that did my nails was not cautious while doing my nails and my skin was hurt. (See pictures) When I yanked my hand back at one point she just said “ah hurt?” Like she didn’t think it hurt. It all just really upset me, something that was supposed to be a special thing ended up being this. NOT HAPPY.

I love getting my nails done by the owner Andy. However, when I have to go to regal nails instead of lovely nails, my experience is horrible. I always get the same lady and she complains about the way I want them done or huffs and puffs about it. I will not go to regal nails as an alternate anymore. For a $40 set my nails look terrible, they’re lumpy and uneven. The woman cut two of my fingers when attempting to shape my nails. After she cut me both times she put super glue on the wound and looked up at me as if I wouldn’t have noticed. I can’t believe with people acting like they they’re still in business. I can only wonder if she took the time to clean the bit she cut me with, especially when she hadn’t asked me to wash my hands before or after. Be careful, ladies and gents.
