Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey were rushing to get done. Not friendly!! My nails were bubbly from all the acrylic he barely did anything. Not worth the money or time! Their pedi tubs were filthy. They didn’t trim the skin around my nails like they’re supposed to, they say you have to ask!! Why wouldn’t you want to go the extra mile? Called and asked if I could come back in and have them fix them and I practically had to beg for them to fix them! I had to convince them otherwise. When o came back in, he refused to paint my nails with gel polish Even though that is what I originally had paid for!! My nails are clumpy smh I will never go back! They were rushing to get done. Not friendly!! My nails were bubbly from all the acrylic he barely did anything. Not worth the money or time! Their pedi tubs were filthy. They didn’t trim the skin around my nails like they’re supposed to, they say you have to ask!! Why wouldn’t you want to go the extra mile? It would have been professional if they greeted me, and asked what service I was interested in, and then informed me of the wait or offered me a later appointment. I guess they didn’t want my business.

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted and then finally after like five minutes she started greeting other customers and finally came to me asked me what I wanted done when I asked her how long it was gonna take but I had to pick my kid up at a certain time from preschool she kept trying to get me to leave telling me I can come back later and it was gonna be 30 minutes and then all the sudden when I said I would stay she told me would be 40 minutes and I should come back at 12 when I told her I didn’t wanna come back with my kid I wanted to be there by myself to enjoy my meantime I can tell she didn’t want me to be there and she just wanted me to leave so I just left. To me that’s very unprofessional not to mention they open at 9:30 and it was already 10 o’clock and it was only one person there to do nails and to do feetI went there today to get a pedicure. I went there today to get a pedicure. Critical: QualityThis is the second time I have used their services. The first time was an excellent experience, the second time (today) was not. I chose a color and the color applied did not match the color I had chosen; my one finger had a crack and she soaked it in acetone! then proceeded to use the file digging right into that same crack. My cuticles were not trimmed and when the rotating tool to remove the old nailpolish was applied, she pushed down so hard, it felt like she had gone through the top of the nail. It hurt! This is the second time I have used their services. The first time was an excellent experience, the second time (today) was not. I chose a color and the color applied did not match the color I had chosen; my one finger had a crack and she soaked it in acetone! then proceeded to use the file digging right into that same crack.
