Signed in told less then hour wait. No problem. When it was my turn I was asked shape I wanted. I said coffin he said it would be another hour wait for coffin after I just waited 45min. Because of him and another tech are only ones that can do it. I was next on list but he wanted to skip over me and go to girl who checked in two behind me. I was warned not to come here but I wanted to give them the beneift of the doubt and try for myself and nope I will continue driving my 45min away to a better salon.

Horrible customer service, not sanitary! & the employees were arguing while getting my feet done. I was really uncomfortable. They told someone they couldn’t perform a simple service and then said 20.00 extra for a specific color. Theyre prices are way higher than other much, much better salons. The pedicure & manicure were very short & not what they should be. I was in & out. My fingernails don’t even look any different. I chose not to get my fingernails painted & it was still $70. I got a pedicure & manicure. I usually never complain but this was by far the worst pedicure & manicure I’ve ever gotten. The pedicure & manicure were very short & not what they should be. I was in & out. My fingernails don’t even look any different. I chose not to get my fingernails painted & it was still $70. Very expensive for what I got. Unfortunately I won’t be back.
