Sang and Eni (I’m SO sorry if I’m spelling your names wrong!!!) were absolutely phenomenal- I walked in at 5 on a Monday and they accommodated my nightmare of a previous manicure without complaint. They called me by name (which nowhere really does) and while I was there, so many people either called or came in who called them by THEIR first names and it was quite clear that people are regular customers there, and for great reason. They do a decent job for a good price. But TERRIBLE waiting time, even WITH an appointment. This is the second time I’ve made an appointment weeks in advance and showed up and waited 45 minutes and wasn’t taken care of so I left. They let 4 people in before us, who showed up after us. Ridiculous will never go back, Lovely Nails was much better!

First I called to see if they had time to do a full set and pedi!! He says come in! I got there and wasn’t greeted by anyone and I waited an hour the guy started my nails and suggested an overlay so he could rush through it. He sent about 20 minutes doing my nails. The ask me to pay. I mentioned I wrote pedicure too. He said “you wanna come back tomorrow?” Mind you they had an hour left with no one waiting!!! NOOO!! Terrible service. I would not suggest going there to spend you money just to be rushed out the door.

It wasn’t overcrowded or packed but the only problem was the nail environment there were carts everywhere and children running around playing in the salon disturbing the nail environment. As for getting my nails done I asked for a specific look and got completely opposite. Two of my nails are crooked, one of my nails are uneven, my nails aren’t filed correctly to a precise square look and my nails are too short when I asked for medium length. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails and all and I got completely opposite. They rushed painted my friends nail as well because they were closing soon and she asked if she could have $5 off due to her nails being messed up and they refused and told her that she would have to pay $10 to have the paint removed. I wouldn’t go here unless you are desperately in need of your nails being done ! I will not be wasting my money here anymore .Everyone was very nice ! I LOVE getting my nails done at Regal Nails Aurora! Le, Kim and Sang took me from a 47 year old nail biter to a woman that has FABULOUS nails! They are very professional and efficient! I have been a customer for over 10 years!
