I arrived early to Regal Nails: Saturday June 18th, 2022. I left N-T Nails on 256 Appointment’s ONLY even if you are the Only Client There right at opening! I arrived at Regal Nails at 9:30 am Recommend going when they first open! Was done with pedicure at 9:55 am. I just got clear polish. But After dealing with a disgruntle employee at NT Nails! I did NOT Care!

I’d been coming here for a while and the men who did my nails used to do a good job…then today I came in to get my nails done before my birthday and I thought let me treat myself and do the full acrylic set with gel french manicure…the place is always busy as it’s in a Walmart so I wasn’t too surprised by the lack of greetings, they only seem to care to squeeze you in if you’re doing a service that costs more, or else you could be waiting for an hour or more.

Terrible. I went to this place because they were open on a Sunday and I needed my feet done immediately. The place I usually go to is close on Sundays. I got a mediocre gel pedicure. It was around $70. Once I left the French tip started to chip immediately. It was close to closing time so I went back the next morning and explained and had them to fix it. Well it’s a few hours later and the whole tip has come off again on like three nails. I am very familiar with gel polish and pedicures. As a matter of fact I’m a cosmetologist and I used to do pedicures. I have never seen gel polish chip off hours later. It usually stays on until my next pedicure. I’m not even going back and I would not recommend. Not to mention they acted as if I did something wrong because of this cheaply done pedicure. Don’t even waste your time or money going here. *Update- Then they reply saying call for help but whoever wrote this isn’t the person answering the phone so there was no help. At all. Just don’t go here. Ever. $70 down the drain. Pedicure polish literally didn’t last a day. I’ve done my own pedicure better than this. Awful.

Awful place, the guy cut my finger he was filing my nail so hard. Not to mention the prices just to get a fill was 43.00 plus expected a tip. The website said 25.99 for a fill. So false advertisement on top of that. I told him his prices are higher than what I paid in NY. This is outrageous and I will not go back or recommend them.

Whitehall location was way better than the Easton location. The only thing I would really complain about is that the man sat me infront of the Walmart doors & it was freezing, felt kinda rude but I just needed my nails done. Plus the shape of my nails were weird but I was sure to correct him. I will return.

Its alright but the lady that did my nails, she literally rushed through it and she was absolutely rude. She would snatch my hands and then buff them very rugged. I got my nails done by her before and i already didnt like my first experience there, i honestly didn’t want my nails done by her but every body else that worked there already had somebody. If you want your nails professionally done and taken your time on dont come here! Also there was a point where the lady was doing my nails and completely stopped just to answer a phone call and i had to wait till she was done for her to finish my nails!!

I’ve been going to this salon for just under a decade. I’ve seen techs come and go and even return again. I went for service on 11/19/18. I normally have my service done by Van (owner) or Judy. Van was leaving as I was coming and Judy was busy with another client so I opted for a new guy to assist me ( I was in a time crunch) and I regret the decision. The fill I got was fine and I opted for Matte black gel. The first paint job was horrible as acknowledged by my tech. He removed it and blamed it in the polish. Judy handed him another black and we proceeded. The second paint job was just as bad but I paid over $50 and left due to needing to get my son. I told them I would be back to get repainted. When I got back (less than an hour) they were looking at me like “why are you back”, when I explained that the polish looked clumpy, I was told that’s how it’s supposed look. Annnd then, he said I can remove it but I’ll have to charge you. Like, you messed this up. I said okay and then I told him that I didn’t want to get it redone. To sum up, I paid $50 and I don’t have the gel I paid for, I paid another $5 to have it removed and the customer service sucked. They did nothing to make it right. All that happened was the lost a loyal customer.
