Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. Unclean and unprofessional. I asked for a French manicure on nails and toes. I had orange on my toes and wanted a color change plus full set on my nails. While getting my nails finished I noticed he had not done the light pink for the French manicure on my toes. And the orange that was on there previously was showing through bc it had stained. I asked him while paying and he said he did do the light pink but in the picture you can see he definitely did not. I will never be back there and encourage no one else to go either unless you feel like wasting money. I pay $25 more for a full mani pedi at my other salon. So it wasn’t even about the price. The worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. Unclean and unprofessional. I asked for a French manicure on nails and toes. I had orange on my toes and wanted a color change plus full set on my nails. I went in for a pedicure and french tip. What I received was my toes shaped round, when I asked to be squared off and cuts all over my toes from the file. The french tip was painted half way down my nail and sloppy. They don’t understand a word you say, or they just don’t care. I seriously don’t understand how they’re open or have return customers. $45 for the worst pedicure of my life. First off, do not waste your money!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because there isn’t a way to give them zero stars. I went in for a pedicure and french tip. What I received was my toes shaped round, when I asked to be squared off and cuts all over my toes from the file. The french tip was painted half way down my nail and sloppy. They don’t understand a word you say, or they just don’t care. I seriously don’t understand how they’re open or have return customers. $45 for the worst pedicure of my life. Makes me miss California more and more.
